I bought this as non-firing and I have since replaced the barrel and hop chamber.
The gun now fires but the FPS is all over the place. I have chrono’d shots everywhere from 200-850 FPS.

Previous owner lost the barrel part of the iron sight and tapped on a luger sight (pictured)

Stopped trying to fix it as I ended up buying a working model.

I am open to offers. Want to clear the space more than anything.
